Views & house were faultless!
Have had a fab time the last few days celebrating a 60th birthday. Has been a very wholesome weekend seeing family for the first time in almost 5 years. Rodger Robinson the caterer was great if you fancy having someone come in to have a special meal & would highly recommend booking sauna & sea – makes getting into the water a little bit easier! Thank you for a great stay & would love to come back soon! Views & house were faultless!!

Could have stayed for weeks
Brilliant few days on the North Coast, bringing back many childhood memories & making lots of new ones. Morning coffee in the red swivel seat was perfect start to the day followed by a revitalising dunk in the Atlantic. Strand Head is super cosy & homely. Could have stayed for weeks. Dinner at Amici is a must do!! Always difficult to leave this magical part of the world. Looking forward to the next time.

Third holiday in Strand Head
This is our third holiday in Strand Head. We’ve made such wonderful family memories in this absolutely fantastic house. The views, the sunsets, the waves, the Strand, we can never find enough words to describe all the great experiences. We have enjoyed here. The whole family try to fly in every year to enjoy our ‘fam-bam-hol’ here in Portstewart. The house, as always, is so welcoming & comfortable, we always have such a lovely time. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. Strand Head we love you & look forward to next year!

Awesome house
We spent 4 wonderful days surrounded by these beautiful views & family. Our favourite evening activity was watching the sunset from the amazing living room view. We had family gatherings & the kids loved playing football in the lawn. We feel so lucky to have had this experience & can’t wait to come back to this house. As Mema would say ‘we’re making memories’. Thank you for this awesome house!! *****

Four magical days
We were lucky enough to have spent four magical days at Strand Head and while so close to Belfast and the hustle & bustle the four days gave us an absolutely stunning and relaxing retreat. With unparalleled views, this must be the best location for a break in Ireland! We are greatly looking forward to booking again as soon as possible.

Holiday Perfection!
This perfectly located property was fantastic for my family of 8. It is close to all of the area attractions but felt like it’s own slice of paradise at the same time. Every detail has been thought of and we wanted for nothing…except more time here. The unique architecture combined with the outstanding views made this a one-of-a-kind stay. The bedrooms are well appointed and bedding comfortable. The kitchen has everything we needed for dinner, lunch and breakfast. Our favourite room was the Lounge with its cuddle chair and views from all 3 sides of the room. Causeway Coast Rentals was great to work with from beginning to end. We would absolutely love to stay here again.

A magical week at Strand Head
We have had the most magical week at Strand Head. We got married in Portstewart on Saturday 10th September & have used the house all week as a house for the wedding party. It has been perfectly located for early morning sunrise with the golf course across the road & only a short walk into town (to the church). Everyone has loved staying in such a beautiful home & the views & photographs of getting ready on the big day will be treasured forever. We love the house & will definitely be back.

A most wonderful stay
We have had the most wonderful stay at Strand Head as an extended family from all corners of the UK. We meet for a week in Portstewart each summer & this year’s stay will be firmly etched in our memories as truly spectacular – the house, the views, the location have been exceptional & the welcome basket a lovely touch. Some place we love for those from further afield: Harry’s Shack, Lost & Found, Native Seafood, Awaken, Moreillis (of course) Warkes Deli, Ocho Tapas & Amici.

Awesome staycation
